The "fine" Print

- Two night weekend stay preferred, three night on holidays -

- Desert Hot Springs room tax (12%) not included -

- Cancellations: no charge if 7days (14 days for holidays or special events) before your stay, otherwise the full amount will be charged. This allows us to be fair to other prospective guests -

- 24hr notice required for day use or massage cancellations -

- Please leave the kids and pets at home -

- No phones or TV's in the rooms, time to "get away..." -

- Please, no arrivals after 7:00pm unless arrangements are made -

- Day use is $45.00 -- subject to availability (call before coming) -

from Los Angeles
- Take I-10 EAST towards SAN
  BERNARDINO FWY/SAN BERNARDINO
- Take the PALM DR exit turn north (left) towards DESERT HOT SPRINGS 
- Turn Right on DILLON RD
- Turn Left on MOUNTAIN VIEW RD
- Living Waters Spa will be on your right side.  Look for the retro "Kismet Lodge" sign on our building.  Park  in our lower lot (corner of Calle Bolso and Mountain View Rd.) and walk up to the main entrance and ring our intercom, check in, then return to your car for your luggage.  (Approximate Travel Time: 1 hr 45 minutes.)

from Orange County
- Take 91 EAST towards RIVERSIDE

- Take the 60 EAST towards INDIO

- Take I-10 EAST towards Palm Springs 
- Take the PALM DR exit turn north (left) towards DESERT HOT SPRINGS 
- Turn Right on DILLON RD
- Turn Left on MOUNTAIN VIEW RD
- Living Waters Spa will be on your right side.  Look for the retro "Kismet Lodge" sign on our building.  Park  in our lower lot (corner of Calle Bolso and Mountain View Rd.) and walk up to the main entrance and ring our intercom, check in, then return to your car for your luggage.   (Approximate Travel Time: 1 hr 30 minutes.)
